Therapy Approach
An Integrative, Holistic Approach to Cognitive, Emotional, and Somatic Well-Being

Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT)
Emotionally Focused Therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals, couples, and families explore and transform emotional patterns that shape their relationships. Rooted in attachment theory, EFT focuses on identifying core emotional needs and improving the way we communicate and connect with others. In therapy, we work together to create a safe space where you can better understand your emotions, express them openly, and build stronger, more secure relationships. EFT is especially helpful for addressing conflict, disconnection, or distress in close relationships.
Somatic Experiencing
(SE)
Somatic Experiencing is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and restoring emotional balance. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, SE is based on the idea that our bodies hold onto stress and traumatic experiences when the nervous system becomes overwhelmed. In session, we gently tune into bodily sensations, allowing stuck energy to be safely released and the nervous system to regulate itself. This process helps reduce anxiety, increase resilience, and foster a sense of safety and groundedness in the body. SE is particularly helpful for those who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or feel disconnected from their physical selves.

Sandplay
Sandplay Therapy is an expressive, non-verbal approach that invites you to create scenes in a tray of sand using miniature figures and objects. This creative process helps bring inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences to the surface in a way that words often cannot. Grounded in both Jungian and humanistic theories, Sand Tray allows for exploration, insight, and healing—especially in areas shaped by early experiences or subconscious beliefs. It is a powerful tool for children and adults alike, often leading to deeper self-awareness, emotional release, and new perspectives on one’s story.
